Because all purchases are delivered digitally and automatically to your Minecraft account, all sales are considered final once the product has been delivered.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

• A purchase was charged multiple times due to a payment error.
• A purchased product could not be delivered and staff are unable to resolve the issue.
• Other exceptional circumstances at the discretion of server management.

Not Eligible

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Changing your mind after purchase.
• Being banned or muted for violating server rules.
• Purchasing the wrong item by mistake.
• Compatibility issues caused by modifications to your own game or account.
